1. The shipper faxes the booking note to the carrier which must indicate the followings in the content:

SHIPPER, CONSIGNEE, NOTIFY PARTY, specific destination port, quantity, gross weight, volume, freight terms (prepaid, collect, the third payment), goods description, shipping date, other requirements such as fumigation, customs declaration, inspection and so on.

2. The carrier distributes the ships according to the shipper’s requirement and send the ship note to the shipper. The note will be marked with the vessel name, B/L number, consignee address, contact number, contact person, the latest delivery date and arrival time and then require the shipper to delivery the goods according to the provided information and send out the goods before the latest delivery date.

3. The shipper should arrange the cargo clearance matters, ensuring the cargo can be shipped smoothly.

4. The day before shipment, the carrier should send the B/L to the shipper by fax and ask the shipper to confirm it before lading, or it may influence the normal issuance of the bill of lading. After sailing, the carrier issues the B/L after receiving the confirmation of the shipper within one working day and settles the related cost.

5. After the goods shipped out, the carrier should provide the destination port agency information and two-way shipping information to the shipper. And the shipper can contact the destination port for clearance according to the related information.
