我本人很喜欢培养应届毕业生，因为在他们身上，我能明显地看到一团火，一团勇于拼搏的火。出来工作2年以上的人，开始深入社会，有了更多自己的想法。如果一开始选择的是一家工作氛围积极的公司，那这个人的想法还是积极的，但是如果过去的工作氛围不好，对于一名应届毕业生来说，影响的有可能就是一辈子的工作态度。

I like cultivating fresh graduates because I can clearly see a fighting fire in them. People who have worked for more than two years begin to know more about the society and have more their own minds. If it is a company with positive atmosphere that they choose at the early beginning, then their thought will be positive, or the influence to them will be the working attitude for the whole life.  

这两天在开展招聘工作的时候，刚好和伙伴聊起了个问题。在面试的时候，曾经有一位应聘者说，感觉外贸越来越难做了，她有些担心，不知道该不该干这行。我听后挺难过的，于是写了今天这篇文章，希望有这个想法应聘者可以鼓起做外贸的勇气！

I just talked with my partner about this problem when we started the recruitment work these days. There was once an interviewee said that she felt it harder to do foreign trade, so she was worried about whether she should do this job. I was upset when hearing that, so I wrote this passage today, hoping interviewees who have this kind of thought can get up the courage of doing foreign trade.  

每年都有人说是最困难的一年，但是我想告诉你，我从最开始有人说困难的时候就开始外贸事业，但是每年都有新的转机，业绩也在不断进步。在我看来，只要策略对了，就没有难做的外贸。中国政府在大力支持外贸行业，习主席出访，真正地强大着我们祖国的实力，同时也带动了我们与各个国家之间的经济互动，为我们创造了更多的机会。2015的不少政策，亦在不断为外贸行业提供更多更好发展契机。从大方向：为我们带来更多商机，提供更便利贸易的“一带一路”；倡导“大进大出”到“优进优出”的转变；跨境电子商务发展和“互联网+”行动的推进；“中国制作”到“中国质造”的华丽转变；到细节关怀：推广对查验没有问题的企业免除吊装、移位、仓储等费用，以降低出口企业成本；推动单一窗口申报数据标准化及简化和口岸执法部门在单一窗口环境下加快业务流程改造，进一步提高口岸通关效率；调整出口退（免）税政策，简化企业办理手续……这一切的一切，都在为外贸企业开绿灯。

Every year is the hardest year for some people. However, I want to say, I started foreign trade business since there were people say it a hard year, but there was new favorable turn every year and our sales performance increased every year. In my point of view, as long as we hold the correct strategy, it will be no hard foreign trade. Chinese government keeps making great support on foreign trade industry. The visit of Chairman Xi truly strengthens the power of our country and pushes our economic interaction with other countries to create more chances for us. Many policies in 2015 have offered many development opportunities for foreign trade industries. In macroscopic-direction, there are “One Belt and one Road” which brings us more chances and convenient trade; the advocacy of shifting from “massive imports and massive exports” to “quality imports and quality exports” ; the promotion of cross-border e-commerce development and “Internet plus”; the great turns from “Made in China” to “Quality made in China”; in details, there are promotion of simplified window declaration data standardization and simplification and improvement of port law enforcement under simplified window to further enhance the efficiency of customs clearance; adjustment of export tax refund (exemption) policies and simplification of the corporate formalities etc. All these are offering great help for foreign trade industry. 

十几年前，中国外贸是尝够了贴牌生产的甜头，现在由于人工成本的增加和更多低成本国家制造业兴起等各方面原因，制造业的利润日趋减少，订单量也在减少。在国际分工体系的角逐中，中国“世界工厂”的地位已逐渐被取代，迫使中国制造业加速转型，实现由“中国制造”上升到“中国智造”，从“加工厂”转变为“创造基地”。为应对潮流大势，中国制造业必须思变，以寻求更好的出路。国家扶持、推进中国智造，让制造商有了更好机会打造自主品牌，提升产品和企业在国际市场的竞争力和地位，让企业更好地做大做强。

China's foreign trade have enjoyed decades of benefit from OEM, but now due to the increase in labor costs and more low-cost manufacturing countries rise and other various aspects reason, manufacturing profit is decreasing while orders are in decline. In the competition in the international division of labor system, the status of China's "world factory" has gradually been replaced which forces China's manufacturing industry to accelerate the transformation and implementation from "made in China" to "Intelligent manufacturing in China" and from "produce" to "create". In response to the trend, China's manufacturing industry must change to find a better way. Government supports intelligent manufacturing in China, allowing manufacturers have a better opportunity to build their own brand and improve the competitiveness and status of their product and their enterprises in the international market, making them become bigger and stronger.

电子商务改变了传统的国际贸易方式，突破了时间、空间对贸易双方的限制，增加了贸易机会、降低了贸易成本、提高了贸易效益。而近年来跨境电商的兴起，更是对外贸的升级转型带来重大意义。一方面，跨境电商的发展，让我们的产品能直达全球，消费群体更广，这对于中国出口商来说，就是拓展了终端客户的受众面，从而扩大出口商目标客户销量，进而提高出口额。另一方面，跨境电商降低了企业出口成本，简化了传统的进出口贸易流程，让规模较小的进出口企业有机会进入国际市场，也为外贸企业提供了更广阔的发展平台。

E-commerce has changed the traditional way of international trade, breaking through the limitation of time and space to both sides and increasing trade opportunities, reducing the trade cost and improving the trade efficiency. The rise of cross-border e-commerce in recent years also brings great significance to the upgrading and transformation of foreign trade. On one hand, the development of cross-border e-commerce can make our products reach the world, widening the consumer group which is to enlarge the terminal custom. On the other hand, cross-border e-commerce reduces the enterprise export costs and simplifies the procedure of the traditional import and export trade, offering small import and export enterprises the opportunity to enter the international market and also providing foreign trade enterprises a broader development platform.

在激烈的市场竞争下，任何行业都处于压力当中，但只要方向正确，任何时候，都能造就成功。受益于国家支持，外贸行业也将迎来发展的春天。

Under the fierce market competition, any industry is under pressure. However, as long as the direction is correct, we can make a success at any time. Benefit from the state support, foreign trade industry will have great development in the future.
